High Peak Trail - Peak District Walk

As it was such a warm day with bright blue skies I decided to have a late afternoon walk along the High Peak Trail, up to Black Rocks and the summit of Cromford Moor.
Start: High Peak Junction car park (SK 3146 5608)
Route: High Peak Junction - High Peak Trail - Black Rocks - Big Plantation - High Peak Trail - High Peak Junction
Distance: 3 miles Ascent: 234 metres Time Taken: 1 hr 45 mins

It must have taken some work to cut the track through these rocks.
The climb was definitely worth it with views like this today. Looking across Cromford.
