Froggatt Edge - Peak District Walk
Tuesday 28th July 2009
The forecast was for a bright start to the day, so I opted for a short walk that didn't involve traveling too far from home. Any hopes of catching some sunshine disappeared as soon as I got out of the car, felt the cold edge to the wind and surveyed the rather grey sky. As I know this is a bit of a tourist hotspot I headed for White Edge first so as that I could avoid the crowds at the start of the walk. The correct decision as by the time I reached Curbar Edge it was very busy and the car park was over-flowing.
