Disclaimer
It is not my intention for this website to be a guidebook. It is just my walking diary, a
record of the walks that I have done.
Whilst great care has been taken to ensure that the information in the website is accurate the
author (Angela Clarke) accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by those using any information contained in this
website.
Walking can be dangerous, especially for the inexperienced or in bad weather. It is each individual's own responsibility to be properly prepared and equipped. You should have sufficient warm and waterproof clothing, good footwear, and sufficient food and drink for the trip you are planning. You should always have an appropriate map and compass for the walk you have planned and know how to use them.
The description, with or without a map, of a route in this website is not meant to signify a right of way, it is simple an indication of the route I used. On the dates given in this website, each walk took place, to the best of the author's (Angela Clarke) knowledge, on land with full and unrestricted access. It is the responsibility of the individual to comply with any restrictions that may have been placed since the date given in the website.
Any walk times, mileages, or height calculations given by the author (Angela Clarke) are only approximate to my actual walk on that day. This is not a guarantee that anyone who chooses to follow the same route will complete the walk in the same time. It is up to the individual to plan their own trip based upon their own speed.
It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure that any dogs that are taken on the walk are kept under control. Farmers have the right to shoot any dog they see attacking their animals. It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure that any dogs taken on the walk are allowed onto any land they use.
